Located in the forested neighborhood of Laurel Springs, the owners of this 2-acre property had already completed a major renovation to the interior and exterior of the existing home on site. The existing landscape was worn out and in need of maintenance, the existing pool and surrounding deck needed to be replaced, and overall site circulation for vehicles and people could greatly be improved.

 

The overall site design addressed three areas for improvement: grading and drainage issues at the front entry, entertainment space at the existing sports court and pool area, and enhancing the mature landscape at the north and east property lines and creek area.
